Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure authenticity and prevent misuse, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • It must clearly show the product and packaging condition
  • The video should be continuous and unedited

Important: Requests without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 4 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Requests raised after 4 days
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • No unboxing video proof
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear unboxing video

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved and verified, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund processed via bank transfer
